I had a truly pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and equipped with quality furnishings, making my stay very enjoyable. The service was exceptional and ensured a comfortable and memorable experience in Lugano. The location was perfect, with easy access to the old town and a beautiful view of the lake. The dining experience was top-notch with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a wonderful hotel with great value for money.

The staff was really helpful and made sure I had the most comfortable and enjoyable stay. They even provided a complementary cocktail hour during Fete Nationale with delicious mimosas.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic, right next to the lake with easy access to the city center. The rooms were nice and had a small balcony, perfect for a solo traveler like me. The service was friendly and helpful, except for one staff member who was a bit unfriendly. The dining options were good overall, but could use some improvement in variety. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience.
